No. The app talks only to your chosen AI provider. We run no server in the middle. Your API keys live in your operating system's secure keychain (macOS Keychain / Windows Credential Manager), and your captures and history stay on your machine. One button clears all local history.

Yes. Auto-Snapper AI is a subscription. You keep full access for as long as your subscription is active, and the exact billing terms are shown at the secure checkout. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

Go to the Manage Subscription page at /account (the link is also in your license email), enter your license key, and click "Manage or cancel subscription" to open Stripe's secure billing portal, where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then, and amounts already paid are not refunded. Prefer email? Contact support and we'll cancel it for you.

Subscription fees are non-refundable and all sales are final. If a refund is granted in exceptional circumstances, a 20% processing fee is deducted from the amount returned. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Cancellation stops further billing but does not refund amounts already paid. See our Refund Policy for details.

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, our merchant of record. We never collect or store payment details on this site. You complete your order on Stripe's secure checkout, and your license key is delivered by email.
