Acceptable Use Policy

What it's for

Auto-Snapper AI is intended for studying materials you own or are authorized to use, and for preparing for exams and certifications: drilling concepts, working through practice questions, and reviewing your own notes and courseware.

Eligibility

Auto-Snapper AI is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. See our Terms of Service for the full eligibility terms.

Prohibited: live, graded, and proctored exams

You must NOT use Auto-Snapper AI during any live, timed, graded, monitored, or proctored exam, test, quiz, or assessment. Do not use it to obtain or transmit answers during an exam, to circumvent exam security or proctoring, or in any way that violates the rules, terms, or honor code of an exam, course, employer, or certification body.

Cheating undermines the value of a certification and is prohibited. Study smarter for the exam. Do not cheat during it.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the app and for complying with all applicable rules, laws, academic-integrity policies, and the terms of any exam or certification you pursue. You are also responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and process any material you study, and for complying with the terms of the AI provider whose key you connect.

Enforcement

Use that violates this policy is a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in suspension or termination of your license without refund. Because the app is local-first and we run no server in the middle, we cannot see how you use it. This policy reflects the only permitted use, and the obligation to follow it is yours.
