Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or using Auto-Snapper AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the product or site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use Auto-Snapper AI or this website and to purchase a license or subscription. By accessing the website or using the product, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not meet this requirement, you may not use the product or site.

License

Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Auto-Snapper AI as permitted by your license. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the software.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use Auto-Snapper AI, including ensuring you have the right to capture and process any content you send to a model, and for complying with the terms of the AI providers you connect.

Orders and delivery

Orders are processed by Stripe, our merchant of record, which sells the subscription to you and collects and remits applicable taxes worldwide. COCARP, LLC licenses the Auto-Snapper AI software. Digital licenses are delivered electronically. Prices and availability may change.

Subscription, auto-renewal, and cancellation

Auto-Snapper AI is sold as a recurring subscription. Unless and until you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and Stripe charges your payment method for each renewal. The billing amount and interval are shown at checkout before you confirm.

You can cancel at any time from the Manage Subscription page at /account (the link is also in your license email) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep full access until that period ends, and fees already paid are not refunded or prorated. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The product and website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
