Refund Policy

All sales are final

Subscription fees are non-refundable. By subscribing you acknowledge that you are purchasing immediate, ongoing access to a digital service and that amounts charged are not refundable.

Cancellations

You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and prevents further charges. It does not refund amounts already paid, and access continues until the period ends.

To cancel, open the Manage Subscription page at /account (the link is also in your license email), enter your license key, and use the Stripe billing portal to cancel. You can also cancel by emailing [email protected] from the address you subscribed with.

Exceptional refunds: 20% processing fee

Refunds are not offered as a matter of course. If we agree, at our sole discretion, to issue a refund in exceptional circumstances, a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the amount returned. The remaining balance is refunded to the original payment method through Stripe, our merchant of record.
